SCA Introduction to Coffee
This is a half-day course that will introduce you to all the key concepts in Speciality coffee. Based on the SCA programmes of Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, Brewing and Barista, you will learn about: how coffee is prdouced, harvested and roasted, how to taste and assess coffees, how to brew coffee using filter methods or with espresso.
This course is globally accredited via the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA), if you take the SCA Certifed Exam (CHF 70.-) you will earn 10 points towards your SCA Coffee Skills programe
SCA Introduction to Coffee starts at 4pm and ends at 8pm.
